Dear OHN Family,

It was so good to be back together with everyone yesterday. We wrapped up our series on the condition of our heart, and we finished by talking about the word: Go.

We are called to go and share the good God has done in our lives.

Jesus said,

“Go home to your own people and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.” And the man went away and began to tell in the Decapolis how much Jesus had done for him—and all the people were amazed. — Mark 5:19–20 

At the end of this series, we are left with a clear vision:

Love God - Love Others - and Go...

This is the vision, the purpose, and the mission of Old Hickory Nazarene. I am truly excited to begin this new journey and walk in this God-given vision together with each of you.

This past week, many in our community were affected by severe ice that caused damage to homes and left over 250,000 people across Middle Tennessee without power or heat. In response, our church opened the gym as a warming center—a place where people could come get warm, charge devices, enjoy a cup of coffee, and simply rest.

We want our community to always know that OHN is a place eager to help in any way we can.
