Magnolia Women's Ministry Retreat will be October 22-24 at Camp Garner Creek with Allison Durham Speer and Jennifer Wilkerson. Retreat is an excellent opportunity to invite a relative, friend, or co-worker who needs to discover the difference God can make. Retreat can be a life changing experience.

Please bring donated items for the silent auction. The monies collected will go toward Scholarships for ladies to come to next year’s retreat. Click here for more details and registration form.

Regarding COVID precautions, please follow what makes you feel comfortable and be aware of others comfort levels. Camp Garner Creek has set a plan in place for all guests, including disinfecting guidelines, touchless thermometer, and quarantine area if anyone becomes ill while they prepare for transportation off campus. Please do not come if you are ill. We will refund registration fees if you are ill, and if we have to cancel due to rising COVID numbers. The number of ladies in your room will be determined by you and your comfort level. Common areas like restrooms will be disinfected twice daily, supplies will be available in those areas for those who would like more control over their environment.

Local Service Opportunities

Calling all Bakers -- If you love to bake, we are looking for volunteers to bake banana bread in the comfort of your own home, then deliver baked bread on Sunday mornings or to the office (M-Th 8:30am-1pm). We will freeze and use as gifts in the future.

Pencil Partners -- Our PENCIL Partnership is with Dupont-Hadley Middle School, helping with after-school tutoring, reading to students, exam proctors, seasonal events, end of year celebrations, etc. We also collect donations for Angel Tree, school supplies, and more.
