Cross Jones Street and enter church parking lot DIRECTIONS FROM 1-65 N Take the Madison/Old Hickory Blvd (SR 45) Exit 92 Travel south on Old Hickory Boulevard approximately 4 miles Turn LEFT onto Industrial Road at traffic light, after crossing the Cumberland River Bear RIGHT at the next traffic light, then bear LEFT onto Donelson Ave in front of Post Office Donelson dead-ends at Jones Street. Cross Jones Street and enter church parking lot DIRECTIONS FROM I-40 E Take the Hermitage/Old Hickory Blvd (SR 45) Exit 221-A Travel north on Old Hickory Boulevard (SR 45) approximately 6.5 miles Turn RIGHT onto Hadley Avenue at traffic light (by softball field) Turn RIGHT onto Donelson Avenue (0.9 miles) Donelson dead-ends at Jones Street.
